He has also successfully managed ventures in the automobile sector and later diversified into stock market brokerage and import business.

Currently serving as the CEO & CMO of Cignalex Communications Private Limited, Ankush leads strategic growth, brand development, and operational excellence. Mr. Prateek Agarwal, born in 1994 in Siliguri, holds a B.Com (Hons.) degree and is a CA Finalist with strong expertise in finance, taxation, and business operations. From 2014 to 2020, he gained valuable experience in auditing, compliance, and financial advisory while assisting in a family Chartered Accountancy practice. In 2015, he co-founded an Optical Fiber Management business, building deep knowledge in telecom infrastructure and broadband services.

Currently serving as the CEO & CFO of Cignalex Communications Private Limited, Prateek oversees financial strategy, compliance, and operational management.
